To kick off its beta launch, Flohana collaborated with Roveir to drive waitlist signups, build awareness, and develop a scalable foundation for long-term user growth.

  • Market Opportunity: There's a strong demand among college students for tools that combine productivity with motivation and social accountability.
  • Audience Profiling: Flohana’s audience is made up of students aged 18–35, motivated by academic achievement, struggling with procrastination, and actively seeking structure and community to support their study habits.

Pre-Launch Strategy

To generate momentum, Roveir developed a campaign strategy focused on signup conversions for the waitlist.
